Getting There

  • Bus

    From Dornbirn city center, walk to the Dornbirn Bahnhof (train station). There, look for the bus stop marked for line 35 towards Grabs. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride. The bus will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Grabs, Post' stop. From this stop, it is a 10-minute walk to Werdenberg. Head northeast on Hauptstrasse, then turn right onto Werdenbergerstrasse. Follow this road until you reach the picturesque town of Werdenberg.

  • Train

    Start at Dornbirn Bahnhof (train station) and take a train towards Sargans. You'll need to change trains at Buchs. Once you arrive at Buchs, transfer to a train heading to Grabs. The total travel time is around 45 minutes. After arriving at Grabs, exit the station and walk east on Bahnhofstrasse. Continue until you reach the intersection with Werdenbergerstrasse. Turn left and follow the road to reach the charming town of Werdenberg.

    If you prefer to walk and enjoy the scenery, start from the city center of Dornbirn. Head southeast on Bahnhofstrasse towards the river. Continue along the riverbank, following the path that leads toward Grabs. This walk is approximately 7 km and will take around 1.5 hours. Make sure to take in the beautiful views along the way.
