Public Transport
From Eisenstadt, walk to the Eisenstadt Bahnhof (train station). Take a train towards Wien Südbahnhof, which is a direct route to Vienna. The journey will take approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Wien Südbahnhof, transfer to the U-Bahn (subway) line U1 towards Leopoldau. Get off at the Stephansplatz station. From there, exit the station and walk towards Petersplatz, which is a short 5-minute walk. The 'Oper in der Krypta' is located at Peterspl. 1.
Bus
Start your journey at the Eisenstadt Busbahnhof (bus station). Board Bus 2 towards Wien. The bus will take you directly to the Wien bus terminal. Upon arrival, walk to the nearest U-Bahn station, which is the 'Karlsplatz' station. Take the U1 line towards Leopoldau and get off at Stephansplatz. From there, it’s a 5-minute walk to Peterspl. 1, where 'Oper in der Krypta' is located.
