Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in the center of Eisenstadt, head to the Eisenstadt Hauptbahnhof (main train station). From there, walk towards the east along Bahnhofstraße for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with B54. Continue straight onto B54, which will turn into Heiligengeiststraße after a few blocks. Follow Heiligengeiststraße until you reach the bus station. Take bus line 2 towards Eisenstadt - Bahnhof. Get off at the stop 'Eisenstadt - Schlosspark' and from there, it's a 5-minute walk to the train station where you can catch a train to Vienna. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Wien Mitte Station in Vienna, you can take the U3 metro line (the orange line) towards Simmering and get off at Stephansplatz. From there, Trattnerhof is a short walk away, located on the pedestrian area of Graben, roughly 10 minutes walking distance.
