If you're starting from the center of Eisenstadt, head south on Hauptstraße toward the intersection with Ob der Klessheim. Continue straight for about 300 meters until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto B50/Mainstraße and continue walking for about 1 kilometer. You will eventually reach Eisenstadt's train station. From there, take a train to Vienna. The train journey takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Vienna's main train station (Wien Hauptbahnhof), exit the station and head towards the metro station.
