Getting There

Walking
If you're starting from the center of Eisenstadt, head south on Hauptstraße toward the intersection with Ob der Klessheim. Continue straight for about 300 meters until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto B50/Mainstraße and continue walking for about 1 kilometer. You will eventually reach Eisenstadt's train station. From there, take a train to Vienna. The train journey takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Vienna's main train station (Wien Hauptbahnhof), exit the station and head towards the metro station. Take the U1 metro line towards Stephansplatz and get off at the Stephansplatz station. From there, walk straight along Kärntnertor Theater for about 500 meters until you reach Franziskanerplatz.

From Eisenstadt, you can catch the regional train (ÖBB) at the Eisenstadt train station towards Vienna. The train departs roughly every 30 minutes. After about a 1-hour ride, you will arrive at Wien Hauptbahnhof. Once at the main station, transfer to the U1 metro line towards Stephansplatz.
