If you're driving from Bad Gastein, head northeast on B167 towards Böckstein. Continue on B167 for about 4 km until you reach the junction for the Kreuzkogel cable car at the end of the road. Follow the signs to the parking area for the cable car station, where you can park your vehicle. The cable car ride will take you directly to the Kreuzkogel peak, where stunning views await.

From Bad Gastein, take the bus line 550 towards Böckstein. The bus ride takes approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Kreuzkogel' bus stop. From there, follow the signs to the Kreuzkogel cable car station, which is about a 5-minute walk. You’ll need to purchase a ticket for the cable car to ascend to the summit.
