Public Transport
If you're in the city center, take tram line 1 or 7 from the 'Jakominiplatz' tram stop. Ride for 3 stops and get off at 'Kaiser-Josef-Platz'. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk. Head north on Kaiser-Josef-Platz, then turn left onto Herrengasse. Eiskrippe Graz will be on your right at Herrengasse 20a.

From the 'Jakominiplatz' bus terminal, take bus line 30 towards 'Graz, Kalsdorf' and get off at 'Graz, Herrengasse'. It's a short walk from there. Head back along Herrengasse, and Eiskrippe Graz will be at number 20a on your left.
