Car
If you are driving from the center of Gurktal, take the B93 road towards Klagenfurt. Follow the signs for Klagenfurt am Wörthersee. After approximately 30 kilometers, you will enter Klagenfurt. Continue straight into the city center, and then follow signs to Museumgasse. The LMK museum is located at Museumgasse 2. Parking is available nearby, but be sure to check local parking fees which may vary.
Public Transportation
To reach LMK using public transportation, start at the nearest bus stop in Gurktal. Take the bus towards Klagenfurt am Wörthersee. Depending on the schedule, the ride should take around 45 minutes to 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Klagenfurt bus station, transfer to tram line 1 or 3 towards the city center. Get off at the 'Neuer Platz' stop. From there, it is a short walk to LMK at Museumgasse 2. Note that bus and tram tickets can be purchased at the station or via the local transportation app, costing approximately €2.50.
