Start from the center of Hallstatt, where the main square (Marktplatz) is located. From the square, head towards the east and follow the signs pointing to 'Müllerstiege'. Walk along the path that leads you towards the outskirts of Hallstatt. You will soon reach a steep path that goes up the hill. Keep walking up this path. After about 10-15 minutes, you will see a sign for Hallstätter Wasserfall indicating the way. Follow the signs as they will guide you through the forest. The path is well-marked, and it should take you approximately 20 minutes to reach the waterfall.
