From Innsbruck, head to Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof (main train station). Purchase a ticket to Jenbach, which is the nearest train station to Achen Lake. The journey takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at Jenbach, follow the signs to the bus station located adjacent to the train station.

At Jenbach bus station, take the bus number 4010 towards Achenkirch. The bus ride is approximately 30 minutes and will take you directly to the Achen Lake area. Make sure to ask the bus driver to notify you when you reach Achen Lake, or look for stops named 'Achensee' or 'Achenkirch'.
