Once at the station, find the bus terminal located just outside. Take bus line 343 towards 'Hungerburg'. This bus runs frequently, so you shouldn't have to wait long. After approximately 20 minutes, disembark at the 'Hungerburg' stop. From there, follow the signs to the Nordkette cable car station. You will need to purchase a ticket for the cable car at the station. Board the 'Hungerburgbahn' cable car, which will take you up to the 'Hafelekar' station. At this point, you will have a short walk to the observation area at Hafelekarspitze, which offers stunning panoramic views.
Walking
If you are staying in the Hungerburg area, you can reach the cable car station by walking. Head towards the Nordkette cable car station, which is well-marked. The walk from Hungerburg to the cable car station is about 10-15 minutes, and you will enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding mountains along the way. Once at the station, purchase your ticket for the cable car to Hafelekar.
