If you're driving, start from Innsbruck. Take the A12 motorway towards Bregenz and exit at Achenkirch. Follow the B181 road towards Pertisau. From Pertisau, drive towards the north on the L15 road into the Karwendel Valley. Continue until you reach the parking area at Hinterautal, which serves as the starting point for hikes into the Hinterautal-Vomper Chain. Parking fees may apply, so be prepared for a small cost.
