Walking
If you are in the center of Klagenfurt, head towards the iconic Neuen Platz. From there, walk south onto the Herrengasse street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Villacher Straße. Turn left on Villacher Straße and keep walking for about 10 minutes. You will pass several shops and cafes on your way. Once you reach the roundabout, take the second exit onto the Viktor-Welzer-Platz. Schloss Welzenegg will be on your left at Viktor-Welzer-Platz 1.

From the Klagenfurt Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take bus line 30 or 31 towards 'Viktring'. Get off at the stop 'Viktor-Welzer-Platz'. The journey takes about 15 minutes. Once you disembark, Schloss Welzenegg will be directly in front of you at Viktor-Welzer-Platz 1.
