Bus
From Klagenfurt city center, head to the bus station at Bahnhofplatz. Take bus number 40 towards Bled. The journey takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Bled, get off at the main bus station. From there, it's a short 15-minute walk to Lake Bled. Head straight along the main road (Cesta svobode), and follow the signs to the lake.

Train and Bus
Travel to Bled by taking a train from Klagenfurt Hauptbahnhof (main train station) to Jesenice. The train ride takes about 30 minutes. Once in Jesenice, transfer to a local bus heading to Bled. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. When you arrive at the Bled bus station, it's a 15-minute walk to Lake Bled. Follow the main road (Cesta svobode) toward the lake.

If you are already in the vicinity of Klagenfurt, you can take a scenic walk towards the lake area. Start from the center of Klagenfurt and head towards the Wörthersee, the large lake nearby. After reaching the lake, follow the waterfront path which eventually leads to a bus stop where you can catch a bus to Bled.
