Once you reach the visitor area, park your car (note that parking fees may apply, usually around €5-€10, depending on the duration of your stay). After parking, follow the marked walking paths towards Mittlerer Achenfall, which is approximately a 15-20 minute hike uphill.

If you prefer public transportation, take a bus to Krimml from nearby larger towns such as Zell am See or Mittersill. The bus will drop you off at the Krimml bus station.
