If you are traveling by car, start from Lake Neusiedl and head towards the A4 motorway. Follow signs for Bratislava. After approximately 50 km, take exit 42 for D2 towards Bratislava. Continue on the D2 for about 10 km. Take exit 5 for Karlova Ves. Merge onto Botanická street, and continue driving until you reach Comenius University Botanical Garden at Botanická 3, 841 04 Karlova Ves, Slovakia. Parking may be available nearby, but check local signs for any fees.

Public Transportation
To reach Comenius University Botanical Garden using public transportation, first take a train from Lake Neusiedl to Bratislava Main Station. The train journey takes around 1 hour. From Bratislava Main Station, transfer to tram line 4 towards the 'Nábr. L. Štúra' stop. Ride the tram for about 15 minutes and get off at 'Botanická záhrada'.
