Walking
From the center of Innenstadt, head towards Hauptplatz. This is a central square and the main pedestrian area in Linz. Once you reach Hauptplatz, look for the prominent building with the large clock tower – this is the Old City Hall. The Remembrance Ringbells are located at Hauptpl. 27, directly nearby the Old City Hall. You can easily spot the Ringbells as they are an artistic installation in the square. This walk should take around 5-10 minutes depending on your starting point.
Public Transport
If you are further away from the Hauptplatz, you can take Linz's efficient public transport. Use the tram lines 1, 2, or 3 and get off at the 'Hauptplatz' stop. Once you exit the tram, you will find yourself in the square. Walk towards Hauptpl. 27, which is just a short stroll from the tram stop. Note that tram tickets cost approximately €2.20 for a single journey, which you can purchase at ticket machines located at tram stops.
