Car

If you're traveling by car, start by navigating to the A1 motorway. From Vienna, take the A1 towards Linz. After approximately 40 kilometers, take exit 51 towards St. Pölten. Merge onto the S33 and follow the signs for Mank. Continue on the S33 for about 25 kilometers until you reach the exit for Hofamt. After exiting, follow the signs to Hofamt. Once in Hofamt, turn onto Ochsattelstraße. The Schleierwasserfall is located at Ochsattelstraße 21, 3192 Hofamt. Parking is available near the waterfall area, but be mindful of any parking regulations.

Public Transportation

To reach Schleierwasserfall using public transport, start by taking a train from Vienna to St. Pölten. The journey takes about 30 minutes. From St. Pölten, transfer to a regional train heading towards Mank. Once you arrive at Mank station, you will need to take a taxi to reach Schleierwasserfall, as public transport options are limited. The taxi ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes and will cost around 20-25 euros. Inform the driver that you are going to Ochsattelstraße 21, 3192 Hofamt.

Hiking/Walking
