If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Neusiedler See. Take the B50 road towards Winden am See. After approximately 10 km, you will see signs for Winden am See. Once you enter Winden am See, continue straight until you reach the main square. Bear left at the square and follow the signs for Bear Cave. The entrance is located at the edge of the village. There is parking available nearby, which may cost around €3 for the day.

To reach Bear Cave by public transportation, take the regional train (ÖBB) from Neusiedl am See station to Winden am See. The train journey takes about 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Winden am See station, exit the station and follow the signs to bus stop 2. Take bus number 270 towards Winden am See, which runs every 30 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Winden am See, Ortsmitte' (approximately 5 minutes ride). From the bus stop, walk towards the main square, then follow the signs to Bear Cave, which is about a 15-minute walk. The total cost for the train and bus combined is approximately €5-€7.
