For a more hands-on experience, participate in a 'Schnupperstunde' (tasting hour) in the fragrance atelier, witnessing the alchemy and craftsmanship involved in creating natural perfumes. Steppenduft produces pure essential oils from its own fragrant fields, transforming them into room scents, sprays and fragrance crystals.Stefan Zwickl's passion has led to the cultivation of exotic fragrant plants like lemongrass, eucalyptus, marzipan sage and cinnamon basil, some of which had never been cultivated in Austria before.
