From the center of Altenmarkt im Pongau, follow Schwemmbergweg, which then becomes Reitlehenweg, for approximately 6 km to reach Reitlehenalm. The drive takes about 10 minutes. Free parking is available on site. Be aware that some navigation systems may provide an incorrect route, so it's best to follow signs for Schwemmbergweg and Reitlehenweg. During winter, ensure your vehicle is equipped for snowy conditions.

From Altenmarkt im Pongau, take bus line 521 towards Eben. Get off at the Eben im Pongau Monte Popolo Talstation stop. From there, it's approximately a 30-minute walk (2.5 km) uphill to Reitlehenalm via Reitlehenweg. A single bus fare within Altenmarkt im Pongau is approximately €2-3. A taxi from Altenmarkt to Reitlehenalm is also an option, costing around €15-€25. Alternatively, during ski season, take the Monte Popolo gondola from Eben to the middle station. Reitlehenalm is a short walk from the middle station. A single ride on the gondola costs approximately €12-€15.
