Car
From Saalbach-Hinterglemm, head northwest on the B311 road towards the junction with the L111. Continue on the L111 for approximately 5 km. Look for the signs leading to Schusterkogel. You will find a parking area near the base of the mountain. Note that parking may incur a fee, typically around €5-€10, depending on the season.
Public Transportation
Take the local bus from Saalbach-Hinterglemm towards the Schusterkogel stop. Buses run regularly throughout the day, and you can check the schedule at the local tourist information center. The fare is approximately €2-€3. Once you arrive at the Schusterkogel stop, follow the marked path leading up the mountain. The walk from the bus stop to the summit takes about 30 minutes.
Hiking
If you're feeling adventurous, you can hike to Schusterkogel from Saalbach-Hinterglemm. Start your trek from the center of Saalbach, following signs for hiking trails. The hike is approximately 7 km and can take around 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on your pace. Make sure to wear appropriate hiking shoes and bring water.
