If you're traveling by car, start by driving towards the center of Saalbach-Hinterglemm. From the main square (Dorfplatz), take the road leading towards the Pinzgauer Straße (B311). Follow the B311 for about 5 minutes until you reach the junction for the Wildlife Trail. Turn right onto the road leading towards the trailhead. There is parking available nearby, but be sure to check for any parking fees, which may apply.

If you are using public transportation, start by taking the local bus from the Saalbach-Hinterglemm bus station. Look for the bus heading in the direction of the 'Hinterglemm' or 'Schattberg X-Press' lines. Get off at the stop for the 'Hinterglemm' (approximately a 10-minute ride). From there, follow the signage towards the Wildlife Trail which is about a 15-minute walk. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance as services may be limited on weekends or holidays.

If you're already in the village and prefer to walk, head towards the main square (Dorfplatz) in Saalbach. From there, follow the signs leading to the Wildlife Trail.
