If you are staying close to the area, you can walk from the center of Saalbach-Hinterglemm. Head towards the B311 road and follow it until you reach Pfefferweg. This walk will take approximately 30-45 minutes. No cost involved.

From Saalbach-Hinterglemm, head north on the B311 road. Continue on B311 for approximately 6 km until you reach the turnoff for Pfefferweg. Turn left onto Pfefferweg, and follow the road until you see the signs for Mount Kodok. Parking is available nearby, and may incur a small fee. Parking fees range from €2-5 per hour.
