We booked a private Sound of Music + Hallstatt tour with Bob’s Tours, and we are so glad we did. They brought an extraordinary mix of knowledge, passion, humor, and calm confidence behind the wheel. Their storytelling made Salzburg’s history and the Sound of Music locations feel alive, and their familiarity with the region gave us insights we never would have discovered on our own. Hallstatt was absolutely spectacular. Even after years of seeing photos, nothing prepares you for the beauty of standing there in person — the lake, the mountains, the village… it’s breathtaking. If you’re considering this tour, we highly recommend including the Hallstatt portion. It completes the experience in a way that’s hard to put into words. What started with a moment of uncertainty became an unforgettable day, thanks to Elvis, Francesca, and a company that truly puts its guests first. We would book a private tour with Bob’s Tours again in a heartbeat.
