From the city center, take bus line 25 towards 'Hellbrunn'. You can catch the bus at the 'Mirabellplatz' bus stop, which is a short walk from most central hotels. The bus ride takes about 20 minutes. Get off at the 'Hellbrunn' stop, and from there, it's a 5-minute walk to Schloss Hellbrunn.
Walking
If you prefer to walk, start from the Mirabell Palace. Head south toward the Salzach River, cross the bridge, and continue straight onto Hellbrunner Straße. Follow the road for about 3 kilometers (around 40 minutes). You will pass through beautiful residential areas and local parks until you reach Fürstenweg 37, where Schloss Hellbrunn is located.
Bicycle
For a more active option, consider renting a bicycle. From the city center, head south along the Salzach River on the bike path. The route is scenic and takes approximately 25 minutes. Follow the signs toward 'Hellbrunn', and once you reach Hellbrunner Straße, you can easily find Schloss Hellbrunn at Fürstenweg 37.
