Car
If you're driving, head to Kobenz in Styria. From Graz, take the A9 motorway north towards Selzthal. Take the exit towards B145 and continue on B145 until you reach Kobenz. Once you're in Kobenz, follow the signs to 'Au 1' which is where Zechnerteich is located. There is parking available near the site.
Public Transportation
To reach Zechnerteich using public transport, first take a train from Graz Hauptbahnhof to the nearest station, which is Selzthal. From Selzthal, you will need to catch a regional bus (Bus Line 910) that goes towards Kobenz. Get off at the stop 'Kobenz, Au' which is the closest stop to Zechnerteich. From there, it's a short walk of about 10 minutes to reach the lake.
Walking
Once you arrive at 'Kobenz, Au' bus stop, head east along the road until you reach a fork; take the left path which leads directly to Zechnerteich. The area is well-marked, and it should take you around 10-15 minutes to reach your destination.
