The Schönbrunn Palace Concerts at the Orangery are easily accessible via Vienna's efficient public transport system. From the city center, take the U4 subway line to the 'Schönbrunn' station. Follow the signs towards the Schönbrunn Palace. The Orangery is located a short walk (approximately 2 minutes) diagonally left from the station exit, across the street, opposite the subway station U4. A single ride on the Vienna U-Bahn costs €3. Alternatively, take tram lines 10 or 60, or bus line 10A to the 'Schloss Schönbrunn' stop, which is near the palace's main entrance. From there, walk along Schönbrunner Schloßstraße to the Orangery.

For a scenic approach, consider walking to Schönbrunn Palace from the city center. Start at Vienna's Ringstrasse and follow signs to Schönbrunn Palace, passing through the Hietzing district. The walk is approximately 4 kilometers and takes 45 minutes to 1 hour. From the Schönbrunn U-Bahn station, the Orangery is a short walk diagonally left from the station exit, across the street.

Driving to Schönbrunn Palace Concerts is possible, but not recommended due to limited parking. If driving, take the A1 motorway and exit at Hietzing. Parking is available on Schönbrunner Schloßstraße, opposite the Orangery, in the APCOA parking lot. Parking vouchers are required in the short-term parking zone (Kurzparkzone) from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 22:00, with a maximum parking time of two hours. Parking vouchers can be purchased at tobacconists, points of advance sale, ticket machines at Vienna public transport stations, and automobile clubs. There are also 3 designated parking spaces by the main gate for people with disabilities.
