Experience Zacherlhaus

Getting There

  • Subway

    If you are near a subway station, take the U1 line (red line) towards 'Reumannplatz'. Get off at 'Karlsplatz' station. From there, transfer to the U2 line (purple line) towards 'Donaustadtbrücke' and get off at 'Schottentor'. When you exit the station, head south on Universitätsring towards the Ringstraße. Continue straight and take a left onto Brandstätte. Zacherlhaus will be on your right at Brandstätte 6.

  • Tram

    Locate the nearest tram stop. You can take tram line 1 or 2. If you take tram line 1 (towards 'Stefan-Fadinger-Platz'), get off at 'Schottentor'. From the Schottentor stop, walk south on Universitätsring, then turn left onto Brandstätte. Continue walking until you reach Zacherlhaus at Brandstätte 6. If you are on tram line 2, get off at Schottentor and follow the same walking directions.

  • Bus

    Find a nearby bus stop. Take bus line 13A towards 'Zieglergasse'. Get off at the 'Schottentor' stop. From there, walk south on Universitätsring, turn left onto Brandstätte, and continue until you reach Zacherlhaus at Brandstätte 6.

    If you are in the vicinity of the Innere Stadt area, you can walk to Zacherlhaus. Head towards Brandstätte, which is near St. Stephen's Cathedral. Walk along Graben street until you reach the intersection with Brandstätte. Turn onto Brandstätte and walk straight until you see Zacherlhaus at number 6 on your right.
