Robinson-Park: An Urban Oasis in Floridsdorf

Robinson-Park, situated in the Floridsdorf district of Vienna, is a well-maintained park offering a variety of recreational activities and relaxation opportunities for visitors of all ages. The adventure playground includes a Robinson-Hütte, offering a vantage point from 3 meters high, a Kleinkinder-Dorf (toddler village) with interconnected playhouses, a Nest-Siedlung featuring crow's nests at varying heights, and a Seile-Dschungel (rope jungle) connecting all attractions. A Tarzan swing and five carved wooden animals add to the playground's appeal. For cooling off on hot days, a water play area is available, and a shaded pergola protects the sandpit from direct sunlight. Beyond the playground, Robinson-Park provides a ballgame area for football and basketball, as well as a chess table. Numerous seating options and platforms are available for relaxation. The park's redesign in 2020 improved accessibility with paved pathways. The park is open daily from 6:00 to 22:00. Kinderfreunde offers park supervision with a focus on inclusion and environmental protection, providing play, crafts, sports, and conversation opportunities for children and teens.
