Public Transport
From Bahnhof Wien Meidling, a major railway station, Wilhelmsdorfer Park is about a 10-minute walk. Alternatively, take Tram 62 or the Badner Bahn (Vienna Local Railway) to the Aßmayergasse stop, which is directly adjacent to the park. Several bus lines (59A, 63A) also stop near the park at Aßmayergasse or Flurschützstraße. A single public transport ticket within Vienna costs €2.40 and is valid for one journey, allowing changes between different lines but not interruptions. Tickets can be purchased at vending machines in the stations, online, or via the WienMobil app.
Walking
From the Meidling train station, exit towards the Eichenstraße and walk straight. Turn right onto Aßmayergasse. Continue along Aßmayergasse, and you'll find the park entrance on your left. The walk is approximately 10 minutes. There are no costs involved.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available in Vienna. A short taxi ride from a nearby location, such as the Meidling train station, to Wilhelmsdorfer Park will typically cost between €8 and €20, depending on the distance and traffic.
