Walking
From the St. Lorenz ferry landing, the Wachauer Nase is immediately visible. Simply walk towards the riverbank; the sculpture is located right next to the ferry station. No special transport or fees are required.
Public Transport
If arriving by bus to St. Lorenz, the bus stop is a short walk (approximately 5 minutes) to the Danube riverbank and the Wachauer Nase. Follow signs towards the ferry landing. No additional costs beyond the bus fare are necessary. Bus line 720 runs on the south bank of the Danube, with service every 1-2 hours between Krems and Melk. A day ticket for the Wachau region, valid on buses and three Danube ferries, is available for approximately €12.
Driving
If driving, parking is available near the St. Lorenz ferry landing. From the parking area, the Wachauer Nase is a short walk towards the river. Parking fees may apply, typically around €3 per hour or €10 for the day. Be aware that parking can be limited during peak season.
