Start from the central square of Khachmaz, known as 'Heydar Aliyev Square'. From the square, head west on Heydar Aliyev Street. Continue walking straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Ganja Street. Turn left onto Ganja Street and walk for another 300 meters. You will see Şəxsiyyətlər Parkı on your right side, near the junction with the main road.
