From the center of Khachmaz, head east on Heydər Əliyev Avenue. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Kənar Street. Turn left onto Kənar Street and walk for about 500 meters. You will see Şəxsiyyətlər Parkı on your right side, located at FR84+53Q. It is a large park with various walking paths and greenery.
