Follow the beach, keeping the Bay of Bengal on your right. You'll pass local shops and fishing boats. The point is located before you reach the Gangamati Reserved Forest entrance. There are no costs associated with walking.

    From anywhere in Kuakata town, hiring a local rickshaw is a convenient option. Tell the rickshaw puller you want to go to 'Effat Sunrise Point' on the east side of the beach, towards Gangamati. The ride typically takes 10-15 minutes depending on your starting location. Expect to pay between 50-150 BDT for the ride, depending on the distance and your negotiation skills.

    If you've rented a motorcycle or scooter, follow the main road east from Kuakata towards the beach. Continue along the road that runs parallel to the beach.
