    From Rangamati town, take a local bus or auto-rickshaw from the Rangamati bus station towards Kaptai. The fare typically ranges from 50 to 100 BDT. Once in Kaptai, proceed to the Kaptai Lake boat terminal. Hire a boat to reach Happy Island, with rides costing between 300 to 500 BDT per person, depending on group size; negotiate the price before boarding. The boat ride takes approximately 20-30 minutes.

    If driving from Rangamati, head southeast on Chandraganj Road towards Kaptai Road. Continue for about 3km until the junction near Kaptai Lake, then turn left towards Happy Island. Follow the signs for Happy Island and Kaptai Lake; it's about 2km from the junction. Parking is available near Arannok Resort, the entry point to Happy Island, but availability may be limited. Parking fees may apply.

Happy Island, a vibrant amusement park, is nestled near the heart of Kaptai Lake, adjacent to the Bhedbedi area of Rangamati District, Bangladesh. This unique water park, surrounded by natural beauty, was inaugurated on April 23, 2018, thanks to the initiative of the Bangladesh Army's 305 Infantry Brigade. Spanning approximately 45 acres, Happy Island is designed in the shape of a giant fish and offers a diverse range of entertainment options. Visitors can enjoy thrilling water rides, relax in the lake-view swimming pool, and take boat rides on the serene Kaptai Lake. The park also features picnic facilities, a coffee shop, and a mermaid sculpture, adding to its charm. Happy Island is managed under the Arannok Holiday Resort and supervised by the Sena Region. To access the island, visitors must first enter Arannok Resort. The park is open every day except Monday, starting from 11 AM. Kaptai Lake, where Happy Island is located, is the largest artificial lake in Bangladesh, created in 1960 and a major attraction, offering boat trips to explore its crystal-clear waters and surrounding hills. A boat tour on Kaptai Lake provides stunning views and access to various islands, such as Shuvolong Island, known for its waterfalls. Rangamati itself is a popular tourist destination known for its scenic beauty, tribal communities, and diverse flora and fauna.
