Rickshaw
If you are already in the center of Sylhet, you can easily hire a rickshaw to take you to the Zoo. Simply tell the rickshaw driver 'Zoo, Alurtol Road' or show them the address 'WW94+4X6, Alurtol Road'. The Zoo is approximately 4 kilometers from the city center and should take about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Enjoy the ride as you pass through local streets.

Public Bus
From the Sylhet bus station, you can take a local bus heading towards the outskirts of the city. Look for buses that have signs for Alurtol or nearby areas. The bus fare is minimal and you'll need to tell the conductor that you are going to the Zoo. Once you reach Alurtol, ask the bus conductor to let you know when you arrive at the Zoo stop. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes.

If you are staying nearby, you can also walk to the Zoo. From the city center, head towards the Alurtol area. Use a map application on your phone to navigate; follow the main roads and look for signs to the Zoo. The walk will take around 50 minutes, and it's a great way to see the local area.
