Look for buses heading towards Black Rock or the University of the West Indies (UWI). These buses typically depart from the Princess Alice Bus Terminal. The ride is short, approximately 5-10 minutes, and costs BBD$3.50. Ask the driver to let you off near Brighton Beach. From the bus stop on Spring Garden Highway, it's a short walk towards the sea.

Driving
If driving from Bridgetown, head north along the Princess Alice Highway. Turn right at the Elsie Payne Roundabout onto Harbour Road, then left at the traffic lights onto Spring Garden Highway. The beach will be on your left. Parking is free and available at the adjacent Brandons Beach, a short stroll south of Brighton Beach. During peak hours, the lot can fill up quickly.
