Public Transport
From Bridgetown or other major hubs, take a bus or minibus towards St. Joseph. From St. Joseph, transfer to another bus or minibus heading towards St. John. The fare is approximately $3.50 BBD per ride. Alight in Quintyne, asking the driver for the closest stop to Pothouse Hill. From there, it's about a 1 km walk along Pothouse Hill to Congor Bay Beach.
Taxi/Ride-Share
From Grantley Adams International Airport, a taxi to Congor Bay Beach will cost approximately $60-$80 BBD and take around 30-40 minutes. From Bridgetown, expect to pay around $40-$60 BBD for a similar journey. Ride-sharing services are also available, but may have limited availability in this area.
Driving
From the center of Saint Joseph, head east on Highway 3. Continue straight until you reach the junction at the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Pothouse Hill and follow the signs for Congor Bay Beach. The beach is located at the end of Pothouse Hill, approximately 1.5 km from the roundabout. Parking is available nearby, and it is free of charge.
Walking
If you are already in the Quintyne area, you can walk to Congor Bay Beach from any nearby location. Just follow Pothouse Hill heading towards the beach. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to the beach, and enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way. The walk is approximately 1 km and should take about 15-20 minutes.
