    From Silver Sands Beach, head northwest towards the main road (Highway 7). Exit the beach area and turn right onto the main road. Follow the road for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by several local shops and restaurants. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit to stay on Highway 7 and continue for another 2 kilometers. You will eventually see a sign for Carlisle Bay on your left. Turn left and follow the path leading down to the bay.

    From Silver Sands, walk to the nearest bus stop located on the main road. Look for the minibus heading towards Bridgetown. Board the bus and inform the driver that you want to get off at Carlisle Bay. The ride should take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive, the bay is a short walk from the bus stop. Just follow the signs or ask locals for directions to the beach.

  • Bicycle

    If you have rented a bicycle, start from your accommodation in Silver Sands and head towards Highway 7. Turn onto the highway heading northwest. Keep cycling straight for about 3 kilometers. Look out for the sign for Carlisle Bay on your left. There are bike racks available near the entrance to the bay where you can securely park your bicycle.
