Public Transport
From anywhere along Highway 7 on the south coast, the most convenient way to reach St. Lawrence Gap is by public bus. Look for the large blue Transport Board buses or the smaller yellow mini-buses, both of which operate frequently (every 10-20 minutes) along the route. A single trip costs BBD 3.50. Alight at any stop within St. Lawrence Gap, as the buses run the entire length of the strip.
Taxi/Ride-Share
Taxis are readily available throughout Barbados and offer a direct route to St. Lawrence Gap. If arriving from a nearby location like Oistins, expect to pay around BBD 14-17 for the short trip. From Bridgetown, the fare will be approximately BBD 40. Ensure the taxi is registered and agree on the fare before starting your journey.

If driving, approach St. Lawrence Gap via Highway 7. Several parking lots are available, including those near Castaways and behind the 'Absolut' branded Watering Hole Shop, located just before the entrance to St. Lawrence Gap when approaching from the west. Parking fees vary, but some establishments, like Primo Bar & Bistro, may refund your parking fee with a purchase. Be aware that parking can be limited, especially during peak hours.
