From the Grote Markt, walk northeast towards the St. Rumbold's Cathedral. Pass the cathedral on your right and continue onto the Haverwerf, crossing the bridge over the Dijle river. Once across the bridge, turn right onto Nauwstraat. De Gouden Vis will be on your left, a short distance down the street. The walk is approximately 5 minutes and offers views of Mechelen's historic center.

From Mechelen Station, take bus line 1 towards Mechelen Korenmarkt. Alight at the Mechelen Onze-Lieve-Vrouw Kerk stop, which is the closest to Nauwstraat.
