If you are in the Antwerp City Center, you can reach Zoo Antwerpen by walking. Start at the Cathedral of Our Lady (Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekathedraal), which is a prominent landmark. Head southwest on Groenplaats towards the Meir, a popular shopping street. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of the Meir, where it intersects with the De Meir street. Turn right onto De Meir and walk until you reach the Koningin Astridplein. The zoo entrance is located at Koningin Astridplein 20-26, right next to the Central Station.

From the Antwerp City Center, you can take tram line 9 or 11 towards the direction of 'Hoboken' or 'Merksem'. Board the tram at the nearest tram stop, which you can find at the Meir or Opera.
