Start at the Blankenberge train station. Exit the station and head southwest on Zeelaan towards the beach. Continue straight until you reach the seafront promenade. Turn left and follow the promenade along the coast. When you reach the end of the promenade, turn right onto De Smet de Naeyerlaan. Continue walking straight until you reach number 71. Hendrik Conscience will be on your left.
