If you are driving from Bruges, head southeast on N31, following signs for Knokke/Zeebrugge. Continue on N31 for approximately 20 km until you reach the exit for N57. Take this exit and follow N57 towards Veere. After about 10 km, take the exit towards Veere/Westkapelle.
