Walking
From the central square (Markt) in Bruges, head towards the Belfry Tower. Walk towards the south side of the square and take the exit onto Geldmuntstraat. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Vlamingstraat. Turn left onto Vlamingstraat and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Sint-Jansstraat. Turn right onto Sint-Jansstraat. Follow Sint-Jansstraat which will turn into Langestraat as you continue. Stay on Langestraat until you reach the junction with the N9 road. Cross the road carefully and continue straight onto the cycle path that leads you out of the city towards Retranchement. The cycle path will take you through scenic countryside. Follow the signs to Retranchement, and upon arriving in the village, head towards Prins Mauritsstraat. Wallen van Retranchement will be located at Prins Mauritsstraat 34, on your right.
