From De Brouckère, it's a short 2-minute walk to the opera house. A single journey ticket costs €2.30.
Walking
La Monnaie is a 10-minute walk from Brussels Central Station. Walk via Rue des Colonies and Rue de l'Écuyer. From the Grand Place, walk north along Rue du Marché aux Herbes, then turn left onto Place de la Monnaie. The opera house will be on your left.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available in Brussels. A taxi ride from Brussels Central Station to La Monnaie will cost approximately €8-€17, depending on traffic and the time of day. A Collecto shared taxi is available from 11 PM to 6 AM for a flat fare of €6.
