From the center of De Haan, head north on Langestraat toward the beach. Once you reach the beach, turn left and walk along the promenade. Continue walking until you reach the train station at Oostende. From there, take a train to Bruges. The train ride takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at Bruges train station, exit the station and walk towards the city center. You will see a sign for 'Noordstraat' which is about a 15-minute walk straight down Mariastraat and then onto Noordstraat. The destination, Godshuis de Vos, is located at Noordstraat 14.
