From the center of De Haan, head towards the De Haan train station. Once you reach the station, follow the signs for the coastal tram line. Take the tram heading towards Bruges. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Brugge' stop. From there, walk towards the city center; it will take around 15 minutes. Follow the signs towards the Markt square, and continue walking until you reach Walplein, which is located just off the Markt.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in De Haan. Start by heading towards the coastal path that leads to Zeebrugge. Continue along the cycling path towards Bruges, which will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you reach Bruges, follow the signs towards the city center. Walplein is located near the Markt square; just follow the main road through the city until you see the square, and then look for Walplein.

To reach Walplein using public transport, go to the nearest bus stop in De Haan. Take bus number 33 towards Bruges. The bus ride will take approximately 25 minutes. Get off at the 'Brugge' bus station. From there, walk towards the city center, which is about a 10-minute walk. Head towards the Markt square, and Walplein is located just off the square.
