Walking
From the center of De Haan, head towards the beach by walking down the main street, Zeedijk. Continue walking until you reach the tram stop 'De Haan - Centrum'. Take the coastal tram towards Oostende. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the 'Oostende - Oosteroever' stop. Once you disembark, head east towards Vlaanderenstraat. Walk straight for about 5 minutes, and you will find The James Ensor House at Vlaanderenstraat 29 on your right.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in De Haan. Start by cycling towards the coast on Zeedijk. Once you reach the beach promenade, turn left and follow the coastline. Continue cycling for about 6 kilometers until you reach Oostende. Keep an eye on the signs for Vlaanderenstraat, and once you reach the city, turn right on Vlaanderenstraat. The James Ensor House will be on your left side at number 29.
