De Dansende Fonteinen is a delightful water attraction located in the Inkomzone (Entrance Zone) of Plopsaland De Panne. This engaging spectacle features 36 computer-controlled fountains that playfully shoot water more than 2 meters high, creating an ever-changing dance. Visitors are encouraged to run, dance, and jump through the fountains, trying to avoid the jets of water in a fun and interactive experience. Onlookers can enjoy the show from the sidelines, while those seeking a refreshing thrill can immerse themselves in the water play. The attraction is designed to be accessible, allowing guests to walk between the fountains.Originally, the fountain area had large concrete slabs, but during the winter of 2009-2010, these were replaced with rubber mats, similar to those in Plopsa Coo, colored in red and black. This makes the area safer and more comfortable for children to play. De Dansende Fonteinen provides a cool respite on warm days and has become a classic attraction in Plopsaland, with similar versions found in other Plopsa parks.
